Sorry for the late reply. I just saw this post now. Over here we used Odyssey NXT Ultra, Tundra Axial, Buctril M, Liberty and Lontrel this year. I’m not sure if there are any NOT to apply melted urea with, but so far we haven’t found any. One word of advice, however. be VERY VERY cautious about recommendations about mixing humic acid to buffer the effects of the melted urea. If it is melted urea by itself, fine… used humic acid as it indeed can buffer effects if you overdo the melted urea (which we never see with our mixtures TBH). BUT… the humic acid will buffer the effectiveness of the herbicides you are applying. We had a disaster 2 years ago when somebody told us about the benefits of humic acid in the mix to avoid leaf burn. Straight across the board we saw our herbicides reduced to where it looked like we put on 25% strength. I would never advise doing that. Fulvic on the other hand works very well in the mix. It facilitates uptake into the plant.
Last point I would like to make with regard to melting urea with herbicides. If it is a systemic mode of action, we go full strength. if it is a contact mode of action we back off the herbicide 25% as the urea heats it up and we get the same efficacy and kill at the lower rate.
Hope this helps.
