Thanks for the tip re: Hänni. Really useful. I like his philosophy. Isn’t a “Geohobel” that he talks about and has developed not more or less what you are looking for? It seems he working in mainly light vegetable remains and nothing as heavy as two year old clover. I know that feeling when it’s two wet and cold and cultivating is more like replanting, or when it’s too dry or hot and the dense groundcover seems to dry to nothing. I’m also keen to see how I go from dense clover to cabbage transplants this year?
