Hey Danny. Have you tried any other liquid injects in furrow beside UAN? We use a humate based mineral combination which we have found works well. We also put the legume rhizobia inoculants in with it. We are in Australia and use Fertitech products https://fertitech.com/product-category/liquid-inject/ (Crop Master is what we’ve tried)

With regards to solid fert you could look at guano or there are some interesting prills about using waste products and carbon based prills.

We tend to follow the Joel Williams approach of Carbon, Minerals, Microbes – including coating our seed with this combination to ensure the seeds get a good start.

After the plants are up then we follow up with foliars

Please note that our plantings are mixed species for grazing and not cash crops, so our focus is on adding diversity to our pastures for forage for our livestock – above and below ground, to have a healthy functioning ecosystem.
