yes good point. I might give that a go. as you say it would save a pass with the flail mower and save the expense of modifying it. Pic attached of the seed drill I used to plant cereal rye last autumn which should be easy enough to slide the seeding tines sideways slightly so as not to plant the cover crop where I’ll plant my parsnips.
