Hello Kristin, I have a Milwaukee MW 102 pH tester. I typically take a 6″ soil sample and put it in a 16oz cup and add 10-12 ounces of distilled water. I have always heard good things about Logan Labs from others including AEA so that’s how I ended up using them. I have found their testing to be very consistent. I have a soil report that should be back shortly for a test I’m doing using diatomaceous earth to see if it will bring up silicon levels which in my case are extremely low at 1ppm. Getting ready for the spring planting season :).
