As I continue to go through this course, currently in session 5, it is difficult for me to keep up, and being not used to hearing the speaker, difficult just to understand. But my mind keeps searching for not just what is interesting.. but useful.

I’ve heard mention over the last few years (slowly trying to come up to speed) about using Brix as a possible measure, with higher brix readings as a control, in that often insects cannot digest sap or other material of plants with high brix, various insects essentially being cut off at different readings.

I’m wondering about an intersection of ph/eh and brix, as ph and brix are fairly easy to measure, even in the field to some degree, and action can be taken based on that, whereas if eh is not so easily measured…
