After listening to the Regenerative Agriculture Podcast, I reached out to Herb @ Squeeze Citrus and asked him about the lab he used. He sent his samples to Apical Labs in Oregon (https://apical-ag-home.com/crop-nutrient-analysis/). Herb said they provided “proteins, sugars, phenolic (key nutrients – flavonoids, carotenoids, phytoalexins) 15 minerals and 9 heavy metals”.
I plan on giving them a shot this year as well.
