OK. I see that there is a lot of interest in the “how to”. And I think it would be a lot smarter to put all these things together in a unit then to describe them in several different places.

So: looking at mykorrhiza, making a microscopic cut, osmotic preservation, glycerol preservation, semi-sterile working on kitchen bench when making a fungal culture (quick and dirty), how to make a slide of soil life and what do you see? Yeast culture. Endophytes and kitchen blender. Applications of the Bruce mix. Artificial exudate for seedling pimping. Collecting insect killers.

Is it that what is needed most? Any more topics? I think that there is enough material about KNF and compost tea. Should we include a splashable only brew with for fungi? I think that you guys need misting only material for scalability.

I think I will have finished the pathogen in a couple of weeks, then I can tackle that collection – it will be a nice change…
