I do like the idea of testing out different areas to see how the soil react to different liming quantities. Yeah – 6 tons per acre seem incredibly aggressive and yet I worry that 100 lbs per acre will have no impact. Ultimately we are going to plant vines on 50 acres over 10 years (10 acres in the first planting) but we are planning to amend 100 acres which will be perennial cover crop for grazing animals.

I have yet to go through Harriet’s courses but was dually recommended to them last night ironically so will get on it asap.
