I also observed similar fungi in my compost pile. I would not be able to identify them (the fungi were you live are probably not the same then were I am) but I would not be worried about it, because they are certainly saprophytic fungi so they just decompose dead organic matter. It is a good sign of fungal activity in your compost. For the fungi to grow they need aerobic condition and water, the same things then the microbes likes so I think it is a good sign that your compost is doing well.
