If you haven’t seen it check out Darren Doherty’s Regrarians platform: https://www.regrarians.org/ They do that sort of design all over the world and offer trainings and workshops if you are interested in doing your own design. I attended a workshop several years ago and have dabbled with it a bit. Another good resource is Mark Shepard’s book Water for Any Farm, which walks through how to set up keyline and adapt it to fit your local conditions.
