I see almost a year has elapsed since your post so I hope all is still going well with your landlord. It seems to me, people are largely convinced with their eyes. If crops look well and the landlord gets the rent check they will most likely leave well enough alone.

What is probably more important to realize however is that to someone deeply entrenched in conventional farming (tillage, pesticides, GMO etc.) regenerative farming is perceived as a threat to their world view.
