I’ve done a little experimentally, but not commercially.

The folks I know who are doing microgreens don’t pay attention to nutrition. They get an off-the-shelf complete hydroponic fertilizer, or a complete potting mix. Sprouts can hide deficiencies that become obvious when the plant goes to maturity.

I would grow some to the sprouts to maturity, as it will become clear what is missing. Also sap analysis.

Use wollastonite to boost silica.
