I really like your theory.
Yes my soil have 6% of caco3
My water have 150ppm of hco3,but I have a huge pound where I pump in the well water than treating it with sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid maintain a ph of 5-6 plus adding some potassium and good amount of iron sulphate around 25-50kgs to 500.000 liters same amounth of manganese sulphate and zink sulphate plus 100-200kg of urea.
The calcium and magnesium with Na and C
l I have in the water
So I am leting the algae to do a litle bit of the job.
I am avoiding nitrates 100% and maintaining always below 200 mv and sometimes below 100 mv of eh of the water.
The soil is not tilled 4-5years from now there is plenty of visible soil life.
Is there any reduced sulphur what is affordable?
Sometimes I am adding ascorbic acid as fertigation to help reduce the thing in the soil.
Last year I tried to maintain the low ph of the pound water with citric acid but it always elevated back and even further so it’s not manageable with citric.
