    Hello Cristiaan,

I do wonder if electroculture will lead to more study on communication pathways that focus on oscillating systems. Curious if the visible changes to the plant are influenced more-so by the harmonics of an energy source moving through plant and into the root system and soil than just by merely applying volts and amps?

My thoughts on the topic resulted in a comparison between the harmonized wavelengths of electroculture and harmonic sympathy discovered by Christiaan Huygens in 1665, when attaching two pendulum clocks to a wooden board and observing them to swing at the same tempo but opposite phase. Interestingly, a notable comparison is that both of your given names are spelled the same 🙂

But the point, Huygens’ Synchronization is a phenomena where pendulums that start out of phase will eventually swing together at the same tempo when mounted together. A recent paper on the phenomenon explains that pendulums will actually slow to match sympathy. The findings include a mathematical model. J. Ramirez, L.
