I’d be researching what the trends were in your area of crops, and while I think dry farming is an option, I really think alot of the popular types of vegetables require a bit of farming. If you wanted a pick your own garden, how would that be managed? Would people literally come in and pick the produce they want for the week? How would it pay for itself?
