Thanks Marek for your reply, the idea of ploughing still hurts me in some way, but I am leaning to this approach … till I will be able to sort out e better one

Looks like some Peach tree borers moved into two of my young peach trees. These were planted 2-3 years ago and put out their first fruit last season. They appeared fairly healthy and had no pest pressure. I’ve been gently adding agronomy amendments over the last two seasons. Any suggestions on what might help save these trees, or are they too far gone?
