Increasing marketable yield on Pages is fairly straightforward: increase size to the optimal size range, while also increasing firmness. 

It is commonly thought that increased size comes at the expense of firmness, and vice versa. This is only true if size is produced by blowing up the fruit with soluble nitrogen and water.

When you increase size by increasing calcium content, and increasing the number of cells within the fruit, you produce large fruit that are also firm fruit.
