Hello, everyone. I’m new to KindHarvest and relatively new to agroforestry. I own 3.5 acres and started planting my first fruit trees three years ago (heritage apple varieties. I am also in the process of starting a small paw paw orchard on on 1/4 acre of my land.

Elderberries are a great choice, especially if you can process and ship them.
Though a lot of your crop selection depends on your context. Your climate, soil type, and proximity to markets being major considerations.
If you are open to u-pick, strawberries and raspberries are good crops to grow in between rows of trees until they reach maturity.…

Hi Kees, if you are grass forage based the cows should synthesise ample vitamin C by themselves, your elevated SCC stems from another source, what is the MUN of your milk to get started? Lactose% in your milk?

Nutrition supplements for Cattle
Hi all, I had a further question on cattle supplements. Has anyone had any experience in feed in protected vitamin C (APPS)? I’m looking to get a rough dosage to add to a garlic bolus. This is for cattle that have come in with high SCC at milking.
