For smell, have you tried feeding lactobacillus? we lacto-ferment our chickens feed and saw production increase. i gave it to a friend to spray in his caged off areas and he said the smell was gone with daily applications.

You can see if there’s a lab tech nearby that you can post samples to on their website. Also the classwork goes on sale pretty often. Pressures above 150PSI will definitely kill your brew, both in the pump and when it’s impacting the leaf surface/ground. i haven’t done any testing, unfortunately. i can’t afford dr ingham’s microscopy course just yet! so i have no idea about the inner workings or its possible effect.
i’m wondering if it can be self taught with any recommended resources? i was thinking of getting a microbiometer but i feel it’s better to get a grasp of actual species/types.
