Dear all! I would like to tap into the experience between brix and fruit softening. I have seen in my kiwi vines that the shade fruits are softening first. Is that widespread between species? Is there knowledge around how brix content affects pectin degradation? This seems not to be a story that is turgor alone.

I’ve got some better news on B. bassiana results. I continued thé replicated trial and at one point was getting 76% control. I made applications (SPE 120) at an oz per acre about every 4 weeks. As the CLM flights continued, I covered the trial with Spinosad to keep from losing all the new growth on the untreated then I started the trial over.…

Hi Elmar, sorry for the late reply. You are welcome to share it. Slightly revised updated version is attached. I removed the ‘diversity’ section – I think it’s a good indicator but it isn’t specifically a soil measurement.
