Andre, have you made any progress on finding or developing olive sap standards? My family recently installed 30 trees as ornaments along a fence line with the idea of maybe producing olive oil one day, but they are not doing well. I want to pull sap, but I just discovered your issue with reference data

Average pH of soil is 8.2+ (some places it’s 9, not in my vineyard). Average yearly rainfall is ~12″-14″. I’ve now catalogued nearly 40 species of plants across 4 functional groups that have quite literally cropped up out of the soil seed back after applying biology, native and introduced. Of chief interest to me is the 3-4 varieties…
