I’m working on what I originally called a “shed to library/classroom/microscopy lab”, though it may be more of a dwelling for a bit. It’s off-grid, and still moving and consolidating the significant solar system, getting the rainwater going, designing the greywater system etc. It is insulated so well, and so air tight, I had to put in an ERV.
