Orchard equipment suggestions for small scale operations
I use a 15 gallon tank that I got from tractor supply which I put on my quad. It is powered by the quad battery. I use the spray wand to spray trees in my home orchard, and it also can be used as a boom sprayer for soil applications.

I am wishing to apply this wealth of nutrition information to landscape trees, particularly Japanese Maples. There are a few diseases that take these maples out and everyone says – nothing can be done.
So I would love to have anyone share their experiences, successes and observations.

Hi Friends,
I was doing some water testing today and found that my waters PH is Alkaline at 10. Should I be worried?
My water comes from an aquifer and is supplied to the residents by the town of Brandon VT. We have been told it’s untreated. When I test for conductivity it reads at 50ppm.
My question is, should I do anything to my water or soil…

How exactly are you testing the water pH? If it was 10 it would probably be pretty caustic to drink and I imagine you’d suffer ill health effects. That’s extremely high for tap water.

I have a Bluelab PH and Conductivity pen
