How do I convert a sample result into oxides and not elemental values to equate kg/ha of nutrient.

Dry matter weight 9kg
Potassium 3.14%

Yes Dean, I agree with Kelp helping frost resilience. I’ll place it with my bloom spray just after pollination. Not only does it help with frost but the cytokinin in kelp help with cell division at that critical time of fruit development.

Michael Phillips, author The Holistic Orchard, suggests foliar spray with liquid kelp at blossom will provide 2-4 degrees F protection from freeze. Haven’t had the opportunity to verify.
