Sap targets vs Vapor Pressure Deficit (relative humidity)
Hello!
Has anybody given some thought to: should sap targets should be adjusted based on vapor pressure deficit (VPD)? If you’re not familiar with VPD, in short, it is a measure of how quickly a plant will transpire. Higher temperature and lower humidity = higher VPD = more transpiration (until it gets too high and stomata closes).
