Has anyone tried making calcium acetate from calcium carbonate? I found a document from Full Measure LLC (it was an application for NOP listing) describing their calcium acetate product as a finely ground limestone extracted with vinegar. Says they get a product with 5% calcium acetate, and some remaining amount of calcium carbonate.
