This was our old setup, which worked well but as we adopted the practice more and more over all our farm, we upgraded to a newer system that will let us mix 11 metric tonnes in a batch. We have found that increasing the water volume to 700 gallons (instead of the 625-650 gallons as stated in the video) makes the last bit of the melting process faster.
