    Do you use a steep cone bottom tank or flat bottom? I had a neighbor try doing this with only a 15 degree tank and he always had part of his load that remained un-melted around the edges. I would be interested in learning how you have melted your batches completely only using air. I was thinking of doing an air injection into the discharge side of the pump or something like that to facilitate faster melting.
