I really enjoyed your book “A Soil Owner’s Manual” and the simple advice you gave about starting just where you are with the soil you have. “Scratch a row … plant a seed” makes uncommonly good sense. I’ve spent the last four years in the garden using minimal disturbance, soil testing and minerals and I’ve made progress on physical structure; sandy soil is starting to aggregate. Now I’m trying to incorporate interplanting and diversity to kickstart biology. I appreciate your encouragement.
