Is is very possible to produce high brix without a healthy plant, sweet corn is a good example of this, my plants are doing fine but there is plenty of room for improvement, the variety is naturally sweet but this is definately above average, I used a root dip of anaerobic and aerobic innoculants as well as fungal innoculants.
