This topic came up in another group I’m in and some people had heard that adding compost or compost tea to the infested areas seemed to help. I’m thinking in the 1-2 ton/ac range.

Putting a field into a forage crop for a few years has been a good option for us. The repeated mowing really knocks it back. But not everyone has that market.
