Interesting discussion. I thought I would post this for anyone who is interested in making their own brews:) We had Gerry Gillespie and Christine Jones at our farm a couple years ago where we hosted a two day workshop on bio stimulants and all things soil health really. We made up some of the products in the sheet below at the workshop. Gerry has since sent me this tidy little instruction sheet on how to make many products for your operation. We found that when making the base serum, you can use any cereal grain, better yet if its from your farm, instead of the rice. I think the fertilizer recipe can be adjusted to suit your specific needs.
Gerry is an absolute fountain of knowledge and wonderful person, he’s definitely worth looking up. We just got his book called “The Waste Between our Ears” it looks like its going to be a good read.
