Stephen, with the native microbes we are using the Mashumus method out of South America. We find it to be quite a simple process.

Tom, we use a bit of lab cultured biology for specific things such as nitrogen fixers and Trichoderma. We always multiply them up though before putting them out.

The vast majority of the biology we put out is produced on site. This makes it a very cheap option.
