I have listened to a lot on knf and jadam, I also got the main jadam book. I had mostly ignored the knf stuff because it all seemed a bit “ritualistic” but I stumbled across something of jadam and cho was talking about how little we actually understand the soils microbial communities and for this reason we should not try to focus on certain strains and ignore others.

This makes a lot of sense to me really, a lot of the knf stuff is littered with health tips which I really don’t agree with so that is a little off putting.

I looked in to the MasHumus stuff that Rowan mentioned and that looks very interesting too.
