II don’t see that this proves anything, there are so many problem with the methodologies in this. If they achieve the high brix through actual plant health in soil that would be one thing but they tried, poorly, to replicate a single factor and conflated that with actual science.

The problem with so many studies in complex systems is that the standard scientific method is not particularly effective in complex natural systems where we cannot understand let alone control all the variables. We need a new method I think.
