Harriet gave me some good tips regarding fertigation and plant/soil system in the Soil Carbon group.

I like the hole idea. How large is the area, again? .5 hectare? Worth the effort compared to shoveling it on? Sounds cool though.

How mature do the grasses get before you mow them? What makes you think the trees aren’t getting nutrition from the grass root litter?
