The only info I have is proprietary and cannot share, but you probably could find info online. You’re just trying to create a chemical reaction by heating the water and maybe putting it under some pressure depending on the reactant. Glucoheptonate is a common chelator as is citric acid. Amino acids are a bit more tricky.
