Awesome, thanks Steve. I’m using lactic acid to try and make a soy hydrolysate currently. How long do you leave the amendments in the lactic acid before using?

How are you experiments with citric acid going? What percentage citric acid to manganese/Ferrous sulphate are you using? And how much water? Do you mix the citric acid in first and ensure its dissolved, before adding the minerals?

Looking forward to hear if your sap results reflect a good experiment????
