Im in central Florida (Lakeland) and my well water is terrible as well. My Ca levels are not that bad compared to you but my bicarbonate level is 223ppm. I think the bicarbonate is worse for your plants than the Ca and probably Mg that is in the water. Southeast Florida has a lot of hard surface limestone. In my case I have a pond which has tested far better than my well so my irrigation now comes from it.
