    Hi Andrew,

    The soils here in North Cambridgeshire range from silt loam to 50% clay loam both with OM of 3% and more organic clay (old reed bed marsh) 14% OM in the same field! and have been looking at ways to avoid Wireworm damage, will be trying a nutrients blend as per this thread. As the farm is moving towards Regen Ag this seems to favour the Wireworm. Thinking about a companion in the valley between ridges to attract juveniles or maybe that would be risky. Cover crop previous to pots would have to include fava beans, buckwheat and mustard. This isnt always possible to do with hired land. Some growers use nemathorin at full rate just for Wireworm which is not a healthy way to be going. How are you getting on from last season’s crop?
