They sell sprayers and parts and have a lot of experience with biologicals. I know a few folks who have purchased nozzles from them (~8mm) that are made specifically for handing biology and larger particle sizes. The rest you can cobble together from local parts. A parts list for their cyclone sprayer is attached.
