Hi Anthony,
Two cleaner that I have used when cleaning winemaking materials (and I just got a new sprayer so plan to use on that as well). Star San (https://fivestarchemicals.com/star-san-sanitizer-32-oz) and PBW (https://www.northernbrewer.com/products/powdered-brewery-wash). They are extremely effective. They require dilution so just make sure to read the directions but most importantly they are both biodegradable and environmentally friendly. I like the PBW better because if is easier on the vessel being cleaned (so better for more frequent cleaning) but the Star San is a great sanitizing alternative to bleach – but is also very corrosive so just be mindful to rinse really well after cleaning.
Hope that’s helps,
Jaclyn
