    Hi Kent,
    the answer is probably a bit late.
    I see in your sap analysis that sugar levels are a little bit low and Nh4 it very high. I’m only guessing here but with the sampling date it might indicate that your wheat is a little heat stressed.
    Also the manganese level seems low.
    I am not an expert on hoppers but maybe this might attract them.
    You can try to help the plant with some seaweed, sugar (molasses) , and manganese.
    Would be interesting to see old leaves as well as you can better see the mouvements of the elements in the plant.
