I’m not in a space to give a detailed answer right away, what I would say quickly is that if a lab appears to be off by 10 or 100x, I question the labs math. Not the first of 50th time I have seen it happen. Given what you are describing, I have a lot of skepticism about the second labs report. You should ask them to run a free repeat analysis. Many labs will do that. Human error happens.
