Thanks John. We’ve planted about 200ha. 12kgs/ha of sunn hemp, 10kgs cow pea, 10kgs of mung bean, 4kgs buckwheat, 1 sunflowers, 0.5kgs tillage radish plus there will be plenty of volunteer wheat come up post harvest. We’ve only just finished sowing, can’t wait to see how it goes, conditions for rhizobia survival were good, ideally it would have gone in closer to the summer solstice for more growth. Will keep the forum posted on progress. There is very little (read almost none) grown south of the Queensland tropics in Australia. We’re in north central Victoria, a typical fours season Mediterranean type climate.
