Hi Craig, red clover tends to yield the best here in the Midwest but may not be as suitable in your environment? The broadleaf herbicide program would probably need to be changed to accommodate the clover. First year it shouldn’t interfere with harvest but the second year it might need to be terminated or at least suppressed chemically. I suspect if you just mowed it and let it regrow it would be too competitive. Curious to hear others thoughts on this.
