Interesting, I’ll have to look up those interviews. We’ve been using cover crops in our pecan orchard for almost a decade now and I’m always interested in what others may be doing that’s different.

Our cover cropping has greatly increased the soil drainage and provided home to a huge number of beneficial insects. We also graze it and produce some really good grass fed/finished beef and we just incorporated sheep into the operation as well.
