We have grown it for 5 years. 200-300 ac/year. Mixed results. First 2 years were 30ish bu/ac, 3rd year hot and very dry and 9 bu/ac. 2022 we planted it before anything else in the spring, yield was back up to the 25-30 bu/ac range. This year we planted June 5 and then it got damp and cool. Probably should have replanted some of it. We continue with it, it works as a rotation crop
