I use red clover under spring wheat in Manitoba. Seed in same trench. It really depends on how moist the spring is what kind of stand we will get. Sometimes it doesn’t do much in spring/summer but starts growing well in the fall if we get rains. Over winters well here. I use mainly Bromoxinal for in crop herbicide and add in 1/4 rate mcpa. I use 3 lbs per acre and have started adding in 3 lbs flax also for diversity. This pic is in spring before seeding canola into clover.
